Su ordinazione la signora Antonietta so era resa disponibile a farmi assaggiare il baccalà con patate mentre per mia moglie solo lessato da condire a piacere. Molto cordiale e gentile anche il proprietario Carmelo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. It is the ideal place for those who pay attention to substance and not to appearances. Excellent cuisine only authentic local products. Beautiful experience. On order, Mrs. Antonietta I know was made available to let me taste the cod with potatoes while for my wife only boiled to be seasoned to taste. The owner Carmelo is also very friendly and kind. Excellent value for money.
A	Angelo Gentile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa Rusa Ristorante Tipico Calabrese a Guardavalle - Contrada Lisa Rusa Tramite il consiglio di un amico abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di cenare da Lisa Rusa e degustare la cucina tipica casereccia calabrese nel senso più letterale del termine. Accoglienza come si fosse in famiglia, materie prime di altissima qualità a km meno di Zero in quanto tutto è frutto del lavoro della terra dei proprietari. Antipasto tipico calabrese con soppressata, capocollo, speck locale!!, formaggio pecorino, frittatina di fiori di zucca, melanzana a “scarpetta”, patate al forno e peperoni, olive e pomodori tutto esclusivamente prodotto da loro e dai sapori esaltanti di un tempo. Abbiamo evitato di prendere i primi (che proveremo la prossima volta) per degustare la grigliata di carne di vitello e maiale assolutamente deliziosa per qualità, sapore e preparazione. Anche l’insalata coi cetrioli e le patate fritte (per i ragazzi) avevano sapori “dimenticati”. Il tutto condito con un olio extravergine sempre di loro produzione che era una vera delizia ed annaffiato con un gradevolissimo vino rosso chiaramente ... della casa nel vero senso della parola. Limoncello e caffè, rigorosamente della moka, hanno chiuso la girandola dei sapori. Una fantastica scoperta che certamente ci porterà a ritornare molto presto. Bravi. Complimenti a tutti. Lisa Rusa Typical Calabrese Restaurant in Guardavalle - Contrada Lisa Rusa Through the advice of a friend we had the opportunity to dine at Lisa Rusa's and taste typical Calabrian home cooking in the most literal sense of the word. Hospitality as if it were in the family, raw materials of the highest quality at km less than zero as everything is the result of the owners' land work. Typical Calabrian appetizer with soppressata, capocollo, local speck !!, pecorino cheese, courgette flower omelette, "scarpetta" eggplant, baked potatoes and peppers, olives and tomatoes all exclusively produced by them and with the exciting flavors of the past. We avoided taking the first courses (which we will try next time) to taste the grilled veal and pork absolutely delicious in quality, flavor and preparation. Even the salad with cucumbers and fried potatoes (for the kids) had "forgotten" flavors. All seasoned with an extra virgin olive oil of their own production which was a real delight and washed down with a very pleasant red wine of course ... of the house in the true sense of the word. Limoncello and coffee, strictly from the mocha, closed the whirlwind of flavors. A fantastic discovery that will certainly lead us to return very soon. Well done. Congratulations to all.
