Great schnapps, friendly staff, good and detailed advice ... We actually only wanted to buy one bottle, but we couldn't make up our minds after the schnapps tasting and so we took two bottles at once. Complimenti!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato in contatto con Essentiae del Salento in occasione di uno stand che avevano messo ad Eataly a Roma nel periodo di Natale. Ho assaggiato ed acquistato una composta di peperoncino cipolle e primitivo a dir poco fantastica. I liquori sono buonissimi. Non rimarrete delusi!
I got in touch with Essentiae del Salento on the occasion of a stand that they had put up at Eataly in Rome over the Christmas period. I tasted and bought a compote of onions and primitive chili to say the least fantastic. The liqueurs are delicious. You won't be disappointed!

Al che ho ben pensato di recarmi dal produttore che è un uomo davvero squisito e ha proposto una degustazione a me è mio marito... risultato? 3 bottiglie portate a casa di ricordo e a breve ne ordineremo altre da farci spedire ( perché dopo l'assaggio, amici e parenti le vogliono per regalo di Natale!)

I met these products one evening at dinner in Salento, an excellent restaurant in Ugento offered them. To which I thought of going to the producer who is a really exquisite man and he proposed a tasting to me and my husband ... result? 3 bottles brought home as a souvenir and soon we will order more to be sent to us (because after tasting, friends and relatives want them as a Christmas gift!)
Prices consistent with the quality offered. The olive liqueur is highly recommended!
