La proprietaria(così si è presentata la signora circa cinquanta anni) mi ha risposto malissimo con un tono arrogante e maleducato ,che mai hanno avuto alberelli in ceramica e che avevo sbagliato negozio. Posto che sono certa che fosse il suo perché avendolo a casa ho il loro adesivo sotto l'oggetto in questione . Un po' di educazione ,cortesia ed un atteggiamento meno aggressivo e scostante non guasterebbero. Per stare a contatto con il pubblico la cortesia e l'educazione sono elementi fondamentali. Non basta avere un negozio per essere buoni commercianti . Sconsigliatissimo. A couple of years ago I bought two ceramic trees of life. I went back to get more because I liked them a lot and I wanted to give them away. The owner (this is how the lady about fifty years old introduced herself) replied very badly with an arrogant and rude tone, that never had ceramic trees and that I had the wrong shop. Assuming I'm sure it was his because having it at home I have their sticker under the object in question. A little education, courtesy and a less aggressive and unfriendly attitude would not hurt. To stay in contact with the public, courtesy and education are fundamental elements. Having a shop is not enough to be a good merchant. Not recommended.
