Locali ampi e ben curati e location ubicata nelle adiacenze di esercizi commerciali che non ti obbligano ad usare l'auto per gli spostamenti. Inoltre a pochi metri, dalle ore 19,30 alle 01,00 vi è un servizio navetta per chi vuole raggiungere la Gaeta Medioevale Excellent structure and great availability and kindness of the owners. Spacious and well-kept rooms and locations located near commercial establishments that do not force you to use the car for travel. Furthermore, a few meters away, from 7.30 pm to 01.00 am there is a shuttle service for those who want to reach the Gaeta Medioevale

Grazie all'ospitalità ed accoglienza straordinaria dei proprietari, ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra. Ampio l'appartamento a nostra disposizione ben arredato, pulito e munito di tutti i confort necessari per ospitare una famiglia numerosa ( 4 adulti e 2 bambini). Grazie ancora alla Sig.ra Olimpia che ha soddisfatto ogni tipo di richiesta inerente il nostro soggiorno. Possiamo affermare che abbiamo trascorso una vacanza piacevolissima sotto ogni aspetto, soprattutto per i bambini. In the holiday house of the "Lions Residence" we found a very nice, cozy and well located facility, very close (300m.ca) to the Serapo beach. Thanks to the hospitality and amazing hospitality of the owners, we felt at home. The apartment at our disposal is well furnished, clean and equipped with all the comforts needed to accommodate a large family (4 adults and 2 children). Thanks again to Mrs. Olimpia that satisfied all requirements concerning our stay. We can say that we spent a pleasant holiday in every respect, especially for children.

La proprietaria Olimpia è stata sempre disponibile e gentile con noi! We stayed 10 days during Summer 2019 and we enjoyed it very much! Accommodation complete with all services and above all near the sea ... The owner Olimpia was always helpful and kind to us!

Situato in ottima posizione, con la massima attenzione alla pulizia, ambiente comodo e tranquillo. E poi la gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità della signora Olimpia rende il tutto ancora più piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente. We stayed in mid-September only a few days but enough to realize the goodness of the residence. Located in an excellent position, with the utmost attention to cleanliness, comfortable and quiet environment. And then Mrs. Olimpia's kindness, availability and professionalism makes everything even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

A noi è accaduto un piccolo imprevisto con la macchina prima della partenza e si è subito attivata per aiutarci. Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in pieno agosto nell'appartamento al piano giardino e gli spazi erano adeguati e soprattutto freschi. Appartamento fornito di tutto. Apprezzate la fornitura di asciugamani e lenzuola e le pulizia infrasettimanale. Consigliato vivamente! Extremely positive experience. Ms. Olimpia is very helpful and discreet. A little unexpected happened to us with the car before departure and she immediately activated to help us. We stayed for two weeks in the middle of August in the apartment on the garden floor and the spaces were adequate and above all fresh. Apartment equipped with everything. Appreciate the provision of towels and sheets and midweek cleaning. Highly recommended!

V	Vince Bonderczuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my self and family stayed at this lyons residence for about 2 months while we found our permanent place in formia back in 1990. i believe tina was the ladys name who ran the place very nice lady. i was stationed there when the belknap was there. i would recommend this place to everybody of any rank if tina runs this im sure she will see this on her google site many thanks
