G	Giovanni Boncino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena arrivato sul posto (ore 11:00) vengo a conoscenza dalla proprietaria Luisa ke l’alloggio prenotato in via s.nilo (zona Serapo mare) non è disponibile per problemi tecnici dandomi una soluzione in un’altra struttura in tutt’altra zona (Gaeta medioevale zona alta) con problemi di parcheggio auto e per raggiungere il mare obbligato a prendere l’auto...tutto ciò con una certa prepotenza e arroganza, senza scusarsi minimamente del disservizio e ripetendomi più volte “se t va bene senó prova a vedere se trovi qualcosa di diverso” come se il problema l’avessi creato io...mi sono ritrovato con la mia fidanzata a non accettare ed andarme via...pessima gestione, cordialità zero!!! Pessima esperienza As soon as I arrived on site (11:00 am) I learned from the owner Luisa that the accommodation booked in via s.nilo (Serapo mare area) is not available due to technical problems, giving me a solution in another structure in a completely different area (Medieval Gaeta high area) with car parking problems and to reach the sea forced to take the car ... all this with a certain arrogance and arrogance, without apologizing in the slightest for the disservice and repeating myself several times "if it's okay without trying to see if you find something different "as if I had created the problem ... Ubicazione vicinissima alla bellissima spiaggia di Serapo. Il centro medievale di Gaeta e via Indipendenza sono raggiungibili a piedi. Thanks to Luisa for her kindness. Double room with private bathroom, comfortable and spacious. Location very close to the beautiful Serapo beach. The medieval center of Gaeta and via Indipendenza are within walking distance.

Gentile e disponibile Barbara Laura e Luisa. Il posto auto non comodo per le uscite ma sempre meglio che non averlo visto i costi del parcheggio a Serapo. Inoltre la colazione è buona in pasticceria non molto distante dalla struttura. Che dire lo consiglio. peccato che non ha l'ascensore e salire al secondo piano dopo una giornata di mare stanca. Nonostante il periodo molto freddo l'acqua calda e il condizionatore d'aria calda mal funzionante. L'ho trovato pessimo in questo contesto.
