★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto a che fare con l'agenzia del sig. Leoncelli in qualità di acquirente di un veicolo. Il prezzo del passaggio di proprietà è stato gonfiato del 25% rispetto al prezzo reale della procedura e 'giustificato' in seguito con presunti costi di gestione non esplicitamente elencati in chiaro nel contratto di vendita. Il passaggio di proprietà è stato effettuato con dei dati errati riguardo all'indirizzo di residenza da me correttamente fornito ed in risposta alla mia segnalazione mi è stato replicato che l'errore fosse irrilevante, dimostrando superficialità e poco rigore per un atto formale nonostante la stessa agenzia confermasse la necessità di correggere l'atto. Per giunta della correzione se ne è dovuto occupare personalmente il venditore, quando non ne era assolutamente tenuto.

In addition, the seller had to take care of the correction personally, when he was absolutely not required to do so.
