Il personale è competente, preparato, qualificato, oltre che gentile e disponibile. The shop offers a wide choice of food including meat, cold cuts, cheeses and preparations. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff is competent, trained, qualified, as well as kind and helpful.

Non sono nativa di varese ma da qualche anno mi capita di rifornirmi di carni e salumi in questo negozio per la comodità della posizione vicino alla stazione. L'area salumeria è da evitare per commessi estremamente scortesi e saccenti. Inoltre hanno eliminato i pochi prodotti di qualità che avevano uniformandosi probabilmente al marchio carrefour da cui provengono le merci. La macelleria ha giusto un paio di elementi cortesi ma il resto è incommentabile. Un po' di gentilezza e comprensione del cliente potrebbero aiutarvi a non perdere pubblico...mi spiace ma io mi sono stufata di essere trattata male quindi non mi vedrete più. E non potrò certo parlare bene di voi. Rude is at home. I am not a native of Varese but for some years I have been stocking up on meats and cold cuts in this shop because of the convenience of the location near the station. The delicatessen area should be avoided for extremely rude and pedantic salespeople. They also eliminated the few quality products that probably matched the carrefour brand from which the goods originate. The butcher has just a couple of polite items but the rest is incommentabile. A little kindness and understanding of the customer could help you not lose the public ... I'm sorry but I'm sick of being treated badly so you won't see me anymore. And I certainly can't speak well of you.

Si può anche ordinare telefonicamente e si trova lo stesso servizio e la stessa qualità dell'acquisto al banco. Meritano davvero! Kind and prepared, excellent meats, with a great choice of cuts. È situata in un punto di passaggio vicinissimo alla stazione FS di Varese e in prossimità dell'autostazione e della stazione Ferrovie Nord ed è dotata di un comodo parcheggio per i clienti sul retro. Lo staff è molto cortese e accogliente e vi consiglierà al meglio. I prodotti sono sempre di ottima qualità, carni piemontesi e lombarde, ma anche eccellenti salumi e formaggi. Molto ricca anche la gastronomia. Spesso potete trovare offerte promozionali, merita fermarsi anche solo per acquistare un panino, ma sicuramente tornerete anche per molto altro.
