Gym not very modern, but with all the essentials to keep fit, with weights, machines, cardio and various fitness classes. Gino the owner and Paolo the son are very kind and make you feel at home. Available in explaining anything. I must say Spartan gym but with everything you need. Are you in the area?

Mi presento alle 20, trovo una persona scortese che mi dice che gympass non è accettato. Chiedo di chiamare la persona con la quale avevo parlato nel pomeriggio, faccio vedere l'app con la quale potevo fare il check-in, nulla: mi mandano a casa. Posso capire il malinteso, ma non c'è stato alcun tentativo di venirmi incontro, la persona alla reception era sgarbata e minacciosa, ha alzato la voce e me ne sono andato. Ovviamente non andrò mai più e farò reclamo a gympass. Chiamo il giorno successivo per chiedere spiegazioni, vengo aggredito verbalmente con parolacce e minacce velate in romanesco ("se hai coraggio vieni qua"). Non so se tutto lo staff ha questo atteggiamento ma persone di questo tipo non dovrebbero stare al pubblico. I call in the afternoon to book a prepugilistic lesson, specifying that I have a gympass subscription. I show up at 8 pm, I find a rude person who tells me that the gympass is not accepted. I ask to call the person with whom I spoke in the afternoon, I show the app with which I could check-in, nothing: they send me home. I can understand the misunderstanding, but there was no attempt to meet me, the person at the reception was rude and threatening, he raised his voice and I left. Of course I will never go again and complain to gympass. I call the next day to ask for explanations, I am verbally attacked with profanity and veiled threats in Roman dialect ("if you have the courage, come here"). I don't know if all the staff have this attitude but people like this shouldn't be in the public.

Se volete un vero personal trainer dovete rivolgervi a Paolo,e il migliore!!!!! Top!!!!!! The gym for true connoisseurs. Paolo and Gino are great. I've been going there for years and I feel at home. Always available for any need. If you want a real personal trainer you have to turn to Paolo, and the best !!!!! Top!!!!!!
