Опитах се да се свържа с тях за да видя до къде е стигнала поръчката ми и ми беше отговорено "Здравейте, утре ще направя справка сутринта и ще пиша, защото за днес офиса затвори", но за съжаление след този отговор повече не се свързаха с мен и не поискаха да отвърнат на опитите ми за контакт със тях. Съжалявам много, но вие се храните и развивате бизнеса си от парите на клиентите и не смятам, че точно това надменно отношение ще ви дърпа напред и нагоре в частния сектор. Преди всичко имайте отношение към клиентите си и след като поемате ангажименти ги изпълнявайте.
I would not recommend it at all. I ordered a diary for a girl's party, first I was given a delivery time for the order, which was not respected. I tried to contact them to see where my order came from and I was told "Hello, I'll check tomorrow morning and write because today the office is closed", but unfortunately after that answer they no longer contacted me and they did not want to respond to my attempts to contact them. I am very sorry, but you feed and grow your business from the money of your clients and I do not think that this arrogant attitude will pull you forward and up in the private sector. Above all, be relevant to your customers and make commitments when you commit.
