Dopo aver confermato ordine e, su richiesta specifica, definito anche colore del paralume per la lampada richiesta, con ulteriore conferma via mail , richiamano chiedendo aggravio di costi giustificandosi che sul sito c'era effettivamente un errore (loro responsabilità!). La richiesta è stata perentoria: accettare aumento di prezzo o annullo ordine. Atteggiamento poco professionale P.S. Vedo la sua risposta. Lei stesso dice che la descrizione dei fatti é stata esatta. L'errore sul sito é stato fatto da voi e, di conseguenza, avreste dovuto soddisfare un ordine emesso e confermato, in questo caso con più conferme. A norma di CC se il venditore espone un prezzo e questo viene accettato dall'acquirente (in questo caso anche confermato dal venditore), il contratto diviene vincolante . M	Metevagabonde Terraluna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato una lampada TOLOMEO mega terra di Artemide, era il regalo per la nascita del mio primo figlio, la gentilezza e la professionalità ha distinto fin da subito, essendo di Brescia, ho chiesto di poter ritirare la lampada presso i loro uffici di piazza Repubblica, dopo pochi giorni mi hanno chiamato per ritirare i colli come concordato, ho ritirato per errore 3 colli invece di 4... nel montare la lampada mi sono reso conto che mancava un pezzo e ho mandato una mail alle 22:00 di sera.... mi hanno risposto subito che avrebbero verificato se il collo era rimasto in ufficio o in magazzino... il mattino seguente il sig. Roberto mi ha chiamato dicendomi che aveva il mio collo in macchina e se gli avessi dato l'indirizzo me lo avrebbe portato personalmente... e così ha fatto! per me SUPER SUPER...li consiglio!! I ordered a TOLOMEO mega terra lamp by Artemide, it was the gift for the birth of my first child, kindness and professionalism distinguished me immediately, being from Brescia, I asked to be able to collect the lamp at their offices in piazza Repubblica , after a few days they called me to collect the packages as agreed, I mistakenly picked up 3 packages instead of 4 ... in assembling the lamp I realized that a piece was missing and I sent an email at 10pm in the evening. ... they immediately replied that they would check if the neck had remained in the office or in the warehouse ... the following morning Mr. Roberto called me and told me he had my neck in the car and if I gave him the address he would bring it to me personally ... and he did so! for me SUPER SUPER ... I recommend them !!
