β β β β β Luogo molto pulito, con arredamento di alta qualitΓ , dal sistema di illuminazione, al confort del letto, alla grande cabina doccia... oltre alla TV con Sky e Netfix incluso al WiFi.. tutto nella tranquillitΓ al centro di Roma, con tutti i collegamenti dei mezzi di trasporto pubblici e sopratutto la facilitΓ del parcheggio a pochi passi dalla palazzina immersa in un cortile dei primi del 1900, tranquillo e silenzioso, grazie allo spessore delle costruzioni delle pareti di un tempo.. climatizzatore perfetto come anche il prezzo da pagare per l'alloggio!
Una scelta azzeccata molto molto bella.
 Very clean place, with high quality furnishings, from the lighting system, to the comfort of the bed, to the large shower cabin ... in addition to the TV with Sky and Netfix included in the WiFi ... all in the tranquility in the center of Rome, with all the connections of public transport and above all the ease of parking a few steps from the building immersed in a courtyard of the early 1900s, quiet and peaceful, thanks to the thickness of the old wall constructions .. perfect air conditioning as well as the price to pay for accommodation!
A very very nice choice.

β β β β β We stayed 4 nights at the Lighthouse Suites, we arrived last minute and the Host was very quick to respond and very welcoming. The place was clean, very nice and well positionned in Trastevere. Thank you for hosting us!

β β β β β An amazing property which gives you a homely feeling...very close to the tramp and easy to .The room gave a very cosy feeling,very spacious and had everything we needed and it had a bidder shower which is something you never get in hotels in Europe and they gave a phone to make free international calls and they have NETFLIX .The philipina lady who helped us with the check-in/check-out was extremely friendly and gave us fantastic customer service. The owner of the property was always available through phone and always responded in a very helpful manner to all our issues. I would definitely recommend Lighthouse Suites and if I ever visit Rome again, I would always go back to Lighthouse Suites

The owner renovated the place and built almost everything by himself, you can see the thought and attention to details that was put into it.
The rooms are comfortable and lovely, the location is great, and you get all the help and explanations that you need.
The coffee in the rooms is fantastic!

β β β β β A lovely warm welcome from Guido who was extremely accommodating and had a very genuine happy personality all the time. The room we stayed in was small but perfectly fine for us with enough room to enter the bed from either side and a good rainforest affect shower. A few plugs by the beds would be a slight improvement but only a very minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend.

β β β β β I have no idea how the rating is so high. Maybe itβs depending on which room. Our room was nr 3 or 4(it was on the left corner)
The room was full of mold smell. I had trouble to sleep because of disgusting smell. When we ask for another room, they put one machine. I guess for air cleaning, which was not that helpful. It was the only time they enter the room in 3 nights. We washed all our clothes to get rid of the smell after leaving.
They didnβt clean the room for three nights. towels were never changed, even though they were on the ground. Also, the towel had some hairs on(before we use, of course). I donβt think it was washed at all.
The location is not bad. The size of the room was good. Some nice details on internal design.
I would suggest to have a good look/smell the room when you enter and if you didnβt pay yet, just smell and then run away. We had a mistake not leaving.
