★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono a casa positiva al covid-19, telefonicamente ho chiesto informazioni per eseguire il sierologico al mio compagno, mi hanno detto detto che sarebbe costato 20 euro per un qualitativo e 40 euro per un quantitativo che dettagliasse il valore delle ig specifiche presenti. scopro che con 40 euro ho il valore delle ig totali e se ho bisogno dei valori nel dettaglio devo spendere altre 50 euro...dopo qualche minuto sono stata ricontattata da un'operatrice gentilissima che in brevissimo tempo ha risolto l'equivoco! Complimenti!

Non mi sono mai trovata bene .

Non sono puntuali,alle 8.40 di mattina non c'è il tecnico del laboratorio,e non sanno a che ora arriva, penso che se ci sono ,dei problemi con la macchina,il paziente almeno dovrebbe essere avvisato,visto che per tre esami di routine ho pagato 28 euro,lo sconsiglio vivamente,nel terranno ci sono laboratori molto efficienti e precisi.
