non solo non me l hanno mandato ma dopo una telefonata chiedendo il referto con molta urgenza hanno chiuso il laboratorio disinteressandosi della mia necessità e del mio problema.

I asked to have the report in the day with much need
not only did they not send it to me but after a phone call asking for the report with great urgency they closed the laboratory, ignoring my need and my problem.
for me zero professionalism.
