Alle 10.30 mi arriva una telefonata dal centro per dirmi che c'era qualcosa di anomalo nell'emocromo e che sicuramente mio padre aveva bisogno di una trasfusione urgente. Infatti ricoverato d'urgenza. Grazie di cuore, la vostra telefonata probabilmente ha evitato danni più gravi se non la peggiore. Competence, professionalism. L'accettazione fatta il giorno prima è inutile, e bisogna farla di nuovo, senza alcun senso. Inoltre, come se non bastasse, IL MEDICO ALL'INTERNO NON AVEVA LA MASCHERINA, e quando gliel'ho fatto notare si è arrabbiato. Incredibile. Assolutamente non consigliato. Shameful. Ho preso un appuntamento ed ho dovuto aspettare ore. Ciliegina sulla torta un medico della struttura che si intratteneva beatamente in sala d'aspetto senza mascherina e rispondeva in maniera arrogante a chi, giustamente, gli faceva notare la cosa. Personalmente non ci metterò più piede. Absolutely disorganized laboratory to avoid. Scarce attention to the covid favoring gatherings both inside and outside the structure. All'arrivo mi dicono che la prenotazione non vale e bisogna prendere il numero e fare la fila come chi non ha prenotato. Disorganizzati ed in malafede, perché era palese che se me lo avessero spiegato prima, io in questo laboratorio non ci sarei venuta e non avrebbero incassato €95 per un molecolare I book a swab at the time they suggest.
