★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente pessimi, chiami per sapere info, ma bisogna che ascoltino bene quello che uno chiede al telefono perché mi hanno detto si per un test che dovevo eseguire, richiamo oggi dopo 10gg che li avevo sentiti, per sapere se potevo andare, mi dicono "no non li facciamo" senza nessuna spiegazione... Se potessi mettere 0 stelle lo farei, ma l'app non me lo fa fare purtroppo...

After waiting for over 30 minutes they told me to come back later to take the exam I needed because they gave priority to others. Note that I pay like everyone else. Rude.

I have been to them for a sample, and I must say that they were very professional, gentle and absolutely kind.I recommend it, because nowadays even for a simple exam there are people who do not know what they are doing, instead they are were fantastic. Highly recommended.
