Tempi probabilmente rallentati per via del rispetto delle regole norme anti contagio. Referti disponibili anche online. Fast and efficient service. Ho fatto esami di ogni tipo (solo il gruppo non eseguono) per la mia prima gravidanza 6anni fa ed ora la seconda.... fanno tamponi di ogni genere, curva glicemica e tanto altro. Professionali e cortesi, il dott matozzo è il numero 1 dei prelievi. Ma anche la dottssa è bravissima. Alla reception francesco sempre molto cortese. Velocissimi. L'operatore sanitario che ha eseguito il tampone non usava neanche i guanti. Avremmo dovuto avere l'esito alle 12:30 ma lo stesso è arrivato alle 15:30. Ho scritto una e-mail per richiedere informazioni, ma nessuno ha risposto. A week ago we went to this lab to give my daughter a quick swab. Waiting room on the sidewalk. Buffer cost € 30 !!! The health worker who performed the swab was not even wearing gloves. We should have had the result at 12:30 but it still came at 15:30. I wrote an e-mail to request information, but no one replied.

Eseguito l’esame dopo mezz’ora di attesa (non prendono prenotazioni), ci comunicano che per l’esito era necessario tornare dopo un’ora e mezza. Chiedo come mai, dato che il test rapido fornisce l’esito in pochi minuti. Mi viene risposto sgarbatamente che è così e basta. Torno dopo un’ora e mezza, ritiro l’esito e chiedo informazioni su come ottenere il green pass. Rispondono sgarbatamente, alzando gli occhi al cielo, che loro non forniscono alcun supporto per il green pass, che per ottenerlo devo andare da un medico e che comunque non serve, perché con il loro certificato si può andare ovunque, nella zona. Non riesco a ottenere da me l’authcode perché non hanno caricato i dati a sistema. Sono reduce da un’esperienza in recente in una farmacia pugliese nella quale in 10 minuti ho ottenuto esame, esito e stampa del green pass. Questi sono lontani anni luce da un servizio accettabile, e hanno tutta la boria di chi se ne frega proprio. A saperlo, molto meglio 50 km in macchina in più per andare a ricevere un servizio normale in qualunque altro posto. As disorganized as they are opinionated and rude. I have recently returned from an experience in an Apulian pharmacy where in 10 minutes I obtained the exam, the result and the printing of the green pass. These are light years away from acceptable service, and have all the arrogance of who cares. To know, much better 50 km by car more to go to receive a normal service anywhere else.
