L’ ampio parcheggio della struttura è comodissimo. Inoltre la struttura è posizionata in un contesto molto rilassante. Ovviamente la consiglio a tutti. The structure is modern and very welcoming. Ho trovato estrema cortesia sia prima telefonicamente per fissare l'appuntamento che poi presso la struttura. Dalla reception fino alla dottoressa che mi ha condotto l'ecografia sono stati tutti quanti estremamente gentili, mi stupisce di leggere di "sgarbataggine" perché la mia esperienza è stata ottima, magari tutti così educati. Comunicazione col cliente da rivedere: assolutamente parziale con la segreteria/accettazione , totalmente assente con il medico. Durante la visita specialistica la sensazione che mi è arrivata è di essere trattata come una macchina da soldi: L atteggiamento del medico è stato supponente, saccente e a tratti arrogante in particolare quando ha messo in discussione l operato del mio MMG. Mi sono stati fatti degli accertamenti strumentali di cui non ho avuto lettura. Volevano farmi tornare per completare iter diagnostico... ahahahahahahaha! I would have liked to give ZERO stars. Experience to forget. Communication with the client to be reviewed: absolutely partial with the secretariat / acceptance, totally absent with the doctor. During the specialist visit, the feeling I got was that I was being treated like a money machine: The doctor's attitude was opinionated, know-it-all and at times arrogant, especially when he questioned the work of my GP.
