Dopo un primo periodo di sedute più frequenti, ora vengo una volta al mese e riesco a tenere sotto controllo i miei disturbi. Meno farmaci e più benessere. Personalmente mi trovo molto bene, anche per l'ambiente disponibile e attento ai bisogni di ciascuno. For several years now I have been followed by Life Chiropractic for my cervical problems especially. After a first period of more frequent sessions, now I come once a month and I can keep my ailments under control. Less drugs and more well-being. Personally I am very happy, also for the environment available and attentive to everyone's needs.

Quando ho iniziato avevo un dolore alla spalla destra che non mi dava tregua e avevo problemi anche alla mano e al polso. Pian pianino con gli aggiustamenti ho iniziato a stare meglio a non sentire più dolore e ad usare la mano senza difficoltà. I have been attending Dr. Stefano's office for years and I must say that thanks to his adjustments I feel I am really well. When I started I had pain in my right shoulder that did not give me respite and I also had problems with my hand and wrist. Slowly with the adjustments I began to feel better not to feel pain anymore and to use my hand without difficulty. Since then, I have been going to Stefano's about every month to "get me in line" and for me it is an essential appointment because it makes me feel good. For years I have struggled with lower back pain caused by a herniated disc, resulting in regular periods in which I'm completely incapacitated for several days due to the pain. A visit to Life Chiropractor has literally changed my life thanks to a personalised program which gradually corrected my spine. Being free from the pain, I was inspired to complete the Couch to 5K running program without any issues, something that I couldn't have imagined 18 months ago. Please don't expect a quick fix, this requires some investment in terms of time and money but LC are very flexible and offer excellent payment options and in terms of the benefits, it has been worth every cent. The studio itself is clean, modern and very welcoming with free parking in front and hours to suit a busy lifestyle. Thank you Dr. Stefano and all the lovely staff at LC for your help!
