★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must for plant based lovers in Tuscany.
The place is located in one of the most beautiful historic village in Tuscany and his an archaeological site itself (the restaurant).
The owner is an absolute delight and will explain you the whole menu (in the evenings) with such dedication and impetus.
Finally, the food is excellent and the menu is a marvelous blend of plant based food anchored in the Tuscan culinary tradition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We felt like we were having dinner at a friend's. The very welcoming host explained every dish with passion and love for the ingredients. The food itself is pure art. From starters to dessert, my girlfriend and I were surprised by the combinations of tastes and the fantastic presentation. This all was topped off by: excelent location, super clean and beautifull interior (notice the ancient Roman floor!)/outside seating/toilets and to be fair, cheap prices! This place deserves 6 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great find in Volterra and a super tasty alternative to the cheese & salty meat we’d been having. Friendly, warm service with an interesting menu packed full of flavours & textures. The aubergine gnocchi and veg tartare were our favourites... if you don’t count the excellent puddings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing restaurant! The owner is very attentive and took the time to explain every dish. Everything we had was super tasty and just a marvellous experience. Even if you are not vegan you have to give it a try, you will not miss meat nor dairy! We actually wanted to go a second time, just didn’t check the opening hours and it was unfortunately closed. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. For me it’s a reason to come to Volterra again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! Food is so so so tasty! Explosion of amazing flavors. We had quite a few dishes to share so we could taste more. Great combination of products/flavors. We had a very warm and lovely welcome and explanation about the dishes and some nice conversation. Very pretty and special sight inside, you can see underneath the restaurant through a glass floor. Overall an amazing experience, very good food (we are not vegan), very good taste, amazing host, beautiful place. We absolutely loved it! Thank you!
