Molto professionali, puliti e velocissimi! Pizza ottima! Consigliatissimo!
a	arianna sari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto per caso questa nuova pizzeria nella mia zona. Mi ha ispirato il nome e devo dire che non sono stata smentita. La pizza è buona anzi buonissima, l'impasto è molto leggero e digeribile, offrono tanta scelta sulla pizza riuscendo così ad accontentare qualsiasi palato. Lavorano prevalentemente con asporto ma hanno anche una piccola saletta sul retro per chi preferisce consumare in loco. Di sicuro torneremo e proveremo altre pizze. Bravi!!! I accidentally discovered this new pizzeria in my area. The name inspired me and I must say that I have not been proven wrong. The pizza is good indeed very good, the dough is very light and digestible, they offer a lot of choice on the pizza thus managing to satisfy any palate. They work mainly with take-out but also have a small room at the back for those who prefer to consume on site. For sure we will come back and try other pizzas. Well done !!!

Sono aperti da poco e probabilmente devono ancora ingranare al 100% quindi qualche piccolo errore è comprensibile. Bravi ragazzi avanti tutta, sistemate quei piccoli problemi che ci sono e il futuro è tutto vostro! Pizza alta e saporita, ben lievitata e con ingredienti di buona qualità. Gran traffico, presumo ottima anche da asporto. Unica pecca che vale una stella forse è il sale che manca nell'impasto. Ma se ben farcita neanche ce ne accorgiamo We were passing through and we easily found this little pizzeria among the first Google results. High and tasty pizza, well leavened and with good quality ingredients. Great traffic, I guess also excellent takeaway. The only flaw that is worth a star is perhaps the salt that is missing in the dough. But if it is well stuffed we don't even notice it

Abbiamo trovato Lievito Madre per caso, cercando una pizzeria in zona dopo una partita di Padel tra amici: una location semplice ma colorata, staff gentile e il proprietario con una gran voglia di raccontare la sua storia - quella della sua pizza, dell’arte e degli studi che l’hanno portato fin lì. Decisamente consigliato non solo per chi si trova in zona, ma anche per chi viene da fuori e vuole respirare un po’ di tradizione partenopea alle porte di Milano. A really nice surprise. Neapolitan pizza, good, just the right height, consistency, flavor. We found Lievito Madre by chance, looking for a pizzeria in the area after a Padel match with friends: a simple but colorful location, friendly staff and the owner with a great desire to tell his story - that of his pizza, art and of the studies that led him there. Definitely recommended not only for those who are in the area, but also for those who come from outside and want to breathe a bit of Neapolitan tradition on the outskirts of Milan.

Ci vuole coraggio ad aprire in mezzo a tanti negozi chiuso in una zona dove fino a qualche tempo fa ci voleva la guardia del corpo per camminare. Giò solo per questo meriterebbe 5 stelle. Ad ogni modo appena entro mi sono detto...oh oh è una pizzeria d'asporto e invece poi il ragazzo mi ha accompagnato dietro al bancone e con mia sorpresa cerano dei tavolini alti con tanto di sgabelloni. Tavolo apparecchiato con tovaglietta di carta ma ho apprezzato le posate con i coltelli giusti per la pizza. Mi sono fatto prendere dalla gola (e anche dal prezzo) e ho ordinato come antipasto la frittatina con salsiccia e friarielli. 2 euro il prezzo, a prima fame me ne sarei mangiate 8 ma nel frattempo avevo gia ordinato la pizza. Ho preso la TOP tra le pizze Gourmet ovvero la montanara ripassata (10 EURO) Ottimo impasto anche se con la frittura ho fatto fatica ad analizzare nella sua integralità l'impasto. Ottimi anche gli ingredienti e ottima anche la partecipazione del titolare a cui auguro di aprire quanto prima a Milano visto che nel quartiere le sue virtuosità della pizza non sono così apprezzate. Ci tornerò sicuramente: salvato nella cartella "PIZZA BUONA" - Frittatina + pizza montanare + bott. 50 cl acqua 13 euro. Direi onestissimo! I got caught by my throat (and also by the price) and I ordered the omelette with sausage and broccoli as an appetizer. 2 euro the price, at first hunger I would have eaten 8 but in the meantime I had already ordered the pizza. I took the TOP among the Gourmet pizzas or the sautéed montanara (10 EURO) Excellent dough even if with frying I had a hard time analyzing the dough in its entirety.
