Abbiamo chiesto pizze POCO COTTE ma non hanno letto le note (cosa che non fanno mai "perché sono scritte in basso"). Le pizze sono arrivate BRUCIATE con i BORDI DURI COME PIETRA. Uno schifo totale, qualità imbarazzante. Abbiamo preso anche le patatine: molli e stra-unte e sembravano vecchie. Abbiamo chiesto informazioni a riguardo e hanno detto che le avevano scaldate al microonde anziché farle al momento. Ultima cosa ma non per importanza: abbiamo ordinato dei dolci che essendo della Bindi pensavamo arrivassero decenti. Il Tartufo OK ma la MILLEFOGLIE è arrivata congelata (ci hanno detto che dovevamo essere NOI a specificare di scaldarcela).. Ma la cosa più bella è stata il PEZZO DI INSALATA che abbiamo trovato SOPRA. Il gestore ha banalizzato il tutto dicendo che bastava toglierla.. Hanno palesemente usato un coltello sporco per tagliarla, igiene zero. Non oso immaginare il resto. Ovviamente nessun rimborso né scuse da parte loro. (Order on Just Eat) Never had a worse experience than this. We asked for LITTLE COOKED pizzas but they didn't read the notes (which they never do "because they are written at the bottom"). The pizzas arrived BURNT with HARD EDGES LIKE STONE. Total crap, embarrassing quality. We also got the fries: soft and greasy and looked old. We asked about it and they said they had microwaved them instead of doing them at the time. Last but not least: we ordered some desserts which being from Bindi we thought they arrived decent. The Truffle OK but the MILLEFOGLIE arrived frozen (we were told that we had to be the one to specify to warm it up) .. But the best thing was the SALAD PIECE that we found ABOVE. The manager has trivialized everything by saying that it was enough to remove it .. They clearly used a dirty knife to cut it, zero hygiene. I don't dare imagine the rest. Obviously no refunds or apologies from them.

Oltretutto abbiamo effettuato due chiamate, la prima ci hanno palesemente fatto intendere che si erano dimenticati dell'ordine, la seconda ci hanno detto che il fattorino era partito! (presa per il clo perché ancora niente). Servizio deludente, peccato non si possano dare 0 stelle. Mai più. The pizzas will also be good, but home service is very bad! Alle 20 45 non avendo ricevuto ancora nulla chiamo la pizzeria e mi dicono " è pronta sta arrivando". Bene è passata un'altra mezz'ora fino alla consegna e alla fine non era neanche molto buona. Sconsiglio I ordered a piadina kebab around 7:30 pm, granting 8.15 pm as delivery time. At 20 45, not having received anything yet, I call the pizzeria and they say "it's coming, it's ready". Well it took another half an hour until delivery and in the end it wasn't even very good. advise against

Quando chiami per avere informazioni a riguardo rispondono in modo molto scortese e anche arrabbiato. Parliamo della qualità del cibo: incostante! È capitato che hanno consegnato pizze molto unte, patatine riscaldate in microonde e via dicendo. Se potessi dare meno lo farei. Ordinate altrove! I strongly advise you not to order in this pizzeria. I always confirm the delay in delivery on any day. When you call for information about it, they respond very rude and even angry. Let's talk about the quality of the food: hit and miss! It happened that they delivered very greasy pizzas, microwaved chips and so on. If I could give less I would do it. Order elsewhere!

Too bad because the kebab was very good but the price shown on the flyer is not what the bellboy asks you on delivery, will it be that you get a tip?

Con piatti che non sono pizze o kebab cuociono sempre una focaccia intera da darti in omaggio. ❤️ I have nothing to say, my favorite kebab and the pizzas are very good.
