★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facility and great sea! Horrible service! We went there for two days this past week. The staff doesn’t speak or understand English, which is okay. However, they are slow and incompetent. Especially, the manager-ish lady who flaunts herself around all day has such an attitude! They charge €60-80 for two sun beds and an umbrella. With such prices, you expect better service. When I orderer Galene Salad without eggs, I got a plate that looked like hospital food. When I mentioned that my salad is lacking greens, they told me that this is how it’s served and that they can’t change or cancel my order? As we were leaving, I got a chance to talk with the owner and mentioned him about our negative experiences there. Surprisingly enough, he straight out asked me to leave 5-star-reviews on tripadvisor, google maps and one other app?!? Such a shame that a facility with such infrastructure (and investment!) can’t provide a legitimate customer experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best beach club in Taormina! From the very first day, we felt here like home. The staff was super friendly, and very helpful for every request. We were 9 days in the area and we visited Lido Tao every day! We couldn’t resist the gorgeous views and the great atmosphere. The food was delicious and it’s a super clean local. The facilities were super clean… from the bathrooms to the beaches. Thank you so much for the great atmosphere and making us feel so at home! We definitely be back!
