ho visitato vari fornitori, visionato molti prodotti e chiesto i relativi preventivi.
alla fine ho scelto Lido Infissi perchè ho valutato come i migliori per rapporto qualità/prezzo.
hanno eseguito i lavori in maniera impeccabile con professionalità e disponibilità e posso dire che sono molto soddisfatto della scelta fatta.
sempre da loro ho anche preso le cucine e anche qui mi ritengo molto soddisfatto della scelta fatta.

Contattati per sbloccare e riparare una porta-finestra che condizionava il soggiorno di 4 persone in un piccolo appartamento. Ricontattati rammentando loro la data della partenza e quanto il caldo dell'ambiente fosse insopportabile. Puntuale e rassicurante la risposta dell'impiegata: "Portate pazienza, siete in agenda...".
L'epilogo è scontato, ho risolto in altra maniera, avranno perso il nostro numero di telefono probabilmente...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso neanche dire come lavorano, perché prese le misure per un preventivo per delle finestre, dopo varie sollecitazioni e dopo più di un mese di chiamate da parte nostra, senza mai essere richiamati, si scopre che hanno perso le misure.
Ripreso l'appuntamento, non è riuscito a passare e neanche ad avvisarci. Richiamato per sapere, solo una impiegata gentile era disposta a venire a riprendere le misure. Lasciato perdere. Era meglio se ci diceva che aveva troppo lavoro e non aveva tempo per noi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prese misure nel mese di agosto 2021per sostituire un pannello di una porta blindata ancora stiamo aspettando che arrivi ..tutte le volte che chiamo non mi sanno mai dire un giorno di consegna...cmq siamo solo a gennaio 2022 vediamo quanto dobbiamo aspettare ancora......vergognosi!!!!
