★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccellente Bed&Breakfast a gestione familiare. Camere sicure (accesso con tessera magnetica), con aria condizionata, ben tenute e funzionali. La città di Ortona è sopra il livello del mare, e a circa 10 minuti di passeggiata c'è il castello con il promontorio panoramico e la scala per la spiaggia del porto e la pista ciclabile. Insomma, posizione ottima, con un Conad a due passi e vari ristoranti a pochissima distanza (cliccate sulle mie altre recensioni se volete scoprire quelli buoni).
Colazione abbondante, gestore gentilissimo e disponibilissimo: se avete un qualche problema, richiesta o lamentela... parlateci! Si è fatto in quattro per risolvere ogni minimo problema che abbiamo avuto, e probabilmente farà lo stesso per voi.
Abbiamo passato una settimana piacevolissima e senza intoppi di alcun tipo.
Ps: d'estate non c'è molto parcheggio lì intorno ma industriandosi un pochetto si trova!
 Excellent family run Bed & Breakfast. Secure rooms (magnetic card access), air-conditioned, well-maintained and functional. The town of Ortona is above sea level, and about a 10 minute walk away is the castle with the panoramic promontory and the staircase to the harbor beach and the cycle path. In short, excellent location, with a Conad within walking distance and various restaurants within walking distance (click on my other reviews if you want to discover the good ones).
Hearty breakfast, very kind and extremely helpful manager: if you have any problem, request or complaint ... talk to us! He went out of his way to fix every little problem we had, and will probably do the same for you.
We spent a very pleasant week and without any kind of hitches.
Ps: in the summer there is not much parking around there but if you work hard you can find it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissimi e molto onesti. Camera adeguata al prezzo anche se con TROPPI mobili ed un pochino datati. Colazione ricca con cameriera molto cordiale.
Very kind and very honest. Room adequate for the price even if with TOO MUCH furniture and a little dated. Rich breakfast with very friendly waitress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati una sola notte purtroppo per motivi lavorativi però posso dire che le camere sono pulite, molto spaziose, il bagno praticamente un altra camera bellissimo. Letti molto comodi.
Il signor franco una persona davvero squisita e disponibile.

We stayed one night unfortunately for business reasons but I can say that the rooms are clean, very spacious, the bathroom practically another beautiful room. Very comfortable beds.
Mr. Franco is a truly exquisite and helpful person.
I recommend recommend 10+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si salva per la posizione centrale e perché si nota evidentemente la lunga chiusura a causa del COVID mail personale è decisamente impreparato alla ripartenza la struttura necessità di molte manutenzione l'unica cosa che si salva è che il servizio di pulizia è ottimo ma se sei un B&b la colazione deve essere il tuo punto forte non la tua debolezza
It is saved for the central position and because you can clearly notice the long closure due to the COVID email staff is definitely unprepared to restart the structure needs a lot of maintenance the only thing that can be saved is that the cleaning service is excellent but if you are a B & b breakfast should be your strong point not your weakness
