Essendo un po’ di libri me ne sono accorto a casa facendo il calcolo sul totale, il giorno dopo sarebbe stato impossibile ottenere il mancato indietro. I was dissatisfied with the fact that calculating 30% on the used books I sold to this bookstore, they gave me at least 3 euros less on the total. Being a few books, I noticed it at home by calculating the total, the next day it would have been impossible to get the missed return.

Ho comprato 300 EUR li libri scolastici in questo negozio , volevo supportare i commercianti in difficoltà contro i colossi dell e-commerce, ho ordinato x sbaglio , un libro già in uso , ho chiesto un buono , non soldi indietro, per poter fare un nuovo ordine , il proprietario è stato scortese , e mi ha risposto che l' errore era mio , stop . Non si i fanno resi , no buoni spesa. Si è girato ed è passato alla prossima cliente . Penso che non ci sia nessuna volontà da parte del proprietario di rimanere aperti . Mi auguro venga presto sostituito da un kebab !! Pochi metri dopo lo stesso libro mi è stato ricomprato con uno scarto del 10 %. W Amazon! I hope it will soon be replaced by a kebab !! A few meters later the same book was bought back with a 10% difference.

m	michela glavan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale l’ho trovato abbastanza gentile e mi sono sempre trovata bene. L’ultima esperienza però non è stata proprio una delle più positive. Ci ho messo un’ora per arrivare da loro (dato che abito lontano), il libro che cercavo non era disponibile e quindi il signore mi ha fatto prenotare dicendomi di presentarmi tra 3 giorni. Dopo 3 giorni vado (perdendo altre due ore e rischiando pure di prendere una multa dato che era zona rossa) e mi viene detto che il libro non è ancora disponibile. Morale: quasi 4 ore perse. Però va bene , sbagliare è umano The staff I found it to be quite nice and I have always enjoyed it. The last experience, however, was not exactly one of the most positive. It took me an hour to get to them (since I live far away), the book I was looking for was not available and so the gentleman made me book and told me to show up in 3 days. After 3 days I go (losing another two hours and also risking to get a fine since it was the red zone) and I am told that the book is not yet available. Moral: almost 4 hours lost. But that's okay, making mistakes is human
C	Cristina Balsà on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought here some books at the beginning of my Uni but never got the best service, had to wait for 2 months circa without notice for a single book. Don't resell your books here unless you want to have a couple euros back, but yes the place is right next to the uni and has almost all books necessary for your course.
