Si sono comportati malissimo...
prima hanno accettato per E-mail tutti i libri e poi ne hanno presi solo l'un quarto...
mi hanno fatto venire da lontano apposta con un carico enorme di libri senza che li prendessero...

Accept all means of payment. If a book is missing, they undertake to find it after a few days, but if someone else arrives who wants it, they will sell it without worrying about your reservation. The staff is competent and very kind.
