Delivery dates when ordering are not confirmed once payment has been made and order canceled after one week due to unavailability of the text. Disgraceful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secondo il sito i libri erano disponibili in 2-3 giorni, dopo aver fatto l'ordine mi hanno spostato la consegna di quasi due settimane. Alla data da loro indicata i libri non sono arrivati. Al Call-center non rispondono, alle mail non rispondono, servizio pessimo!!!Mai più! Ad oggi sono ancora senza libri e mi servono!! Mai più!!
According to the site, the books were available in 2-3 days, after I placed my order they postponed the delivery by almost two weeks. At the date indicated by them, the books have not arrived. At the Call-center they don't answer, they don't answer the mails, bad service !!! To date I am still without books and I need them !! Never again!!

Nonostante io abbia contattato tempestivamente il servizio clienti al momento non ho avuto ancora nessun riscontro e sul sito non funziona il settore dedicato alla restituzione del materiale e soprattutto della somma . Stanno scadendo i termini per il recesso e temo dovrò tenermi i libri rotti e soprattutto perdere la somma . Ho
46 bambini e famiglie in attesa di libri per fare lezione e questo mi fa davvero arrabbiare . Non comprate su questo sito perché in caso di problemi Ve li cuccate voi !

Compro un e-book (per fortuna economico) che non riesco a far girare nel mio PC.
Dopo infinite mail per capire quale sia il problema - e la mia richiesta di inviarmi il file in un altro formato - sono scomparsi e non rispondono piu.
SERVIZIO DI ASSISTENZA PESSIMO

I buy an e-book (thankfully cheap) that I can't run on my PC.
After endless emails to understand what the problem is - and my request to send me the file in another format - they disappeared and no longer respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO! Ordinato tramite Amazon un libro il 9 dicembre con consegna prevista tra 14/16. Non essendo arrivato ho chiesto di recedere (come policy Amazon in casi di ritardi). Nessuna risposta in merito, ma mi informano che il libro sarà consegnato tra il 19 e il 21. La consegna è stata effettuata il 24 dicembre. Ora il reso è a mie spese perché “avrei dovuto rifiutare il pacco”. Sono incontentabili.
AWFUL! Ordered through Amazon a book on December 9 with delivery expected between 14/16. Not having arrived, I asked to withdraw (as Amazon policy in case of delays). No answer on the matter, but I am informed that the book will be delivered between 19th and 21st. Delivery was made on 24th December. Now the return is at my expense because “I should have refused the package”. They are insatiable.
