★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descrizione valida fino al 2017: Personale cordiale ed efficiente, ma sopratutto non attaccato morbosamente al denaro (qualità rara che da sé merita già 4 stelle). Sono validi i buoni insegnanti e i buoni per i 18 anni. Consegna diretta dei manuali più in uso e in breve tempo quelli da ordinare.
Attualmente il personale è cambiato e in un modo o nell'altro cerca di ridurre al minimo gli sconti, seppur si voglia far apparire di fare il massimo possibilte. Comunque il negozio è fornito anche di altro, non solo libri. Ad esempio materiale sanitario (esempio il fonendoscopio).
