★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio marito per errore ha preso un libro che pochi giorni avevo visionato e deciso di non prendere. Solitamente non dovrebbero riproporre testi già rifiutati così mi aveva spiegato un ragazzo gentile che ci ha servito la prima volta. Tornato a casa riconosco il libro lo riportiamo indietro (il tutto in 10 minuti abitano vicinissimo) e non lo hanno ripreso. Le regole sono regole certo ma un po’ di buon senso qualche volta ci vuole. Avranno guadagnato 11 euro per il libro ma di sicuro perso e scontentato un cliente!
My husband accidentally took a book that I had seen a few days before and decided not to take it. Usually they should not re-propose texts that have already been rejected, so a kind boy who served us the first time explained to me. Back home I recognize the book we bring it back (all in 10 minutes they live very close) and they have not taken it back. The rules are certainly rules but a little common sense sometimes takes. They will have earned 11 euros for the book but certainly a customer lost and dissatisfied!

Personale gentile e preciso...Ho ordinato telefonicamente e con il servizio di prenotazione per il ritiro e non ho dovuto attendere all'entrata. Sicuramente tornerò presto per comprare altri libri
I bought some scientific high school books today for my daughter .... very good service and books in excellent condition, one even new. Polite and precise staff ... I ordered by phone and with the booking service for collection and I didn't have to wait at the entrance. I will definitely be back soon to buy more books
