★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Libreria fornita, trovi tutti i libri che vuoi. Avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Peccato che uno dei titolari in barba al divieto di fumo fumava una sigaretta in un ambiente pieno di persone. Bisogna migliorare il rapporto con i clienti.
 Library provided, find all the books you want. It would need a makeover. Too bad that one of the owners in spite of the smoking ban smoked a cigarette in an environment full of people. We need to improve the relationship with customers.

Ho chiamato 2 settimane fa con dicendo che volevo prenotare i libri per i bimbi e, il titolare mi ha risposto che potevo mandare gli estremi dei documenti dei bimbi con dicendo che non c'era bisogno di venire da vicino e che appena erano pronti mi chiamavano (tutto normale fino a qui). Stamattina ha provato a chiamare mia moglie per sapere se erano arrivati o meno e gli hanno riferito che, prima non ero in lista e non avevano il mio nominativo poi ha controllato meglio e gli ha detto addirittura che non li avevano prenotati i libri.... Ha dimenticavo, non si può dare zero stelle altrimenti questo è il voto che avrei dato. Cambiate mestiere e trattate meglio le persone.
Not available at all !!!! I called 2 weeks ago with saying that I wanted to book the books for the children and, the owner replied that I could send the details of the children's documents with saying that there was no need to come close and that as soon as they were ready they would call me (all normal up to here). This morning he tried to call my wife to find out if they had arrived or not and they told him that, before I wasn't on the list and they didn't have my name, then he checked better and even told him that they hadn't booked the books ... He forgot, you can't give zero stars otherwise this is the grade I would have given. Change jobs and treat people better.
