β β β β β It is better place to study here but everytime there is something to be organized there so there is a huge distrubance for the one who wants to study. The library staff need to provide a distrubance free environment.

β β β β β No heating, not enough space for more than 20ish people. Wifi pretty unstable disconnects every now and then. Nice staff though, trying to get by with the poor structure and services they can offer to the public.

β β β β β A very old-ish library with plenty of Roman vibes. Usually occupied for young students on Monday to 3 pm else they have decent opening hours but closed on Sunday. Frequented mostly by middle-aged Italians and people who take keen interest in books. There's also a dedicated section for using internet on desktop computers or PC's. Best library in the vicinity of the Pigneto Metro C station. The subscription is free but limited to books only. If you spent 10 euros you can use the internet WiFi and the computers for a year. There's also an open garden to sit and have coffee from the vending machines available, there's also soft drinks and snacks available from the vending machines.
