★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2019 effettuo un ordine e uno dei libri che mi è stato consegnato aveva le pagine tutte scomposte. A distanza di mesi l'11 giugno effettuo nuovo ordine di 4 libri, uno non è reperibile. Ricevo una mail in cui mi si dice che i 3 libri disponibili mi saranno inviati mentre l'altro mi sarà inviato SENZA SPESE DI SPEDIZIONE appena possibile, come per magia spunta il libro mancante,dopo solo un giorno, però mi si chiedono le spese di spedizione. A mio parere molto superficiali.
 In 2019 I place an order and one of the books that was delivered to me had the pages all broken down. Months later, on 11 June I place a new order for 4 books, one is not available. I receive an email telling me that the 3 available books will be sent to me while the other will be sent to me WITHOUT SHIPPING COSTS as soon as possible, as if by magic the missing book appears, after only one day, but I am asked for the costs of shipment. In my opinion very superficial.
