★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venerdì 23/09/16 la cassiera di codesto supermercato rifiutò di accertare in pagamento di merce un biglietto da € 10,00 affermando in presenza di altri clienti che lo stesso era falso. Mio padre chiese che venisse verificato mediante apposita macchinetta se tale biglietto di banca era genuino ma, la cassiera apoditticamente restituì tale biglietto ribadendo che era falso senza effettuare alcun controllo, in quanto non erano in possesso di tale macchinetta. Anche un impiegato del supermercato asserì assumendo poco ortodosso che loro non avevano bisogno di verificare perché erano certi delle loro affermazioni. Mio padre si recò presso un tabaccaio sito in Via Pio XII il quale effettuò ben due volte il controllo della banconota tramite apposita macchinetta appurando che la stessa era genuina. Tale comportamento del tutto vergognoso ha messo in imbarazzo mio padre davanti a una fila di clienti per una accusa che era priva di ogni fondamento.

 On Friday, 09/23/16, the cashier of this supermarket refused to verify a € 10.00 ticket in payment of goods, stating in the presence of other customers that it was false. My father asked that it be verified by means of a special machine if this bank note was genuine but, the cashier apodictically returned this ticket, reiterating that it was fake without making any checks, as they were not in possession of such a machine. Even a supermarket clerk allegedly assuming unorthodox that they did not need to verify why they were certain of their claims. My father went to a tobacconist's shop in Via Pio XII, who checked the bill twice, using a special machine, and found that it was genuine. This utterly shameful behavior embarrassed my father in front of a line of customers for an accusation that was devoid of any foundation.
