Ci abbiamo soggiornato a cavallo di Ferragosto e abbiamo dormito in una stanza che dava sul marciapiede, dal quale era separata da una sottile porta di legno: a metà del prezzo avremmo potuto trovare campeggi decisamente più confortevoli. Located in a maze of dark and dirty alleys lined with dilapidated buildings, the rooms face directly onto the street, the decor is basic. We stayed there at the turn of August and slept in a room overlooking the sidewalk, from which it was separated by a thin wooden door: at half the price we could have found much more comfortable campsites.

Veniamo accolti dal proprietario,gentile per carità ma che dopo aver effettuato il check in vivamente ci comunica che per avere l aria condizionata dovevamo pagare un surplus di 8 euro da dire che la stanza ci è costata 70 euro . La stanza pulita modicamente, ma ,doccia è lavandino intasati, tanto da allagarci. Da non ritornarci. We arrived at this place by crossing an uphill road full of rubbish and dilapidated, populated mostly by non-EU citizens (nothing to say in compensation). We are greeted by the owner, kind for charity but who after checking in strongly informs us that to have the air conditioning we had to pay a surplus of 8 euros to say that the room cost us 70 euros. The room was modestly clean, but, shower and sink clogged, so much so that it flooded us. Not to go back.
A	Anna Salari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona accoglienza da parte del proprietario. Stanza spaziosa e terrazza comune con vista sulla valle dei Templi. Dalla struttura si raggiunge in un minuto a piedi la via Atenea che è la via principale di Agrigento dove si trovano parecchio ristoranti e negozietti. Comodo punto di appoggio per visitare la Valle dei Templi ed a 20 minuti in auto si raggiunge anche la Scala dei Turchi. Per raggiungere la struttura bisogna percorrere brevi viette ma in salita quindi consiglio di avvicinarsi il più possibile in auto se si hanno tante valige per poi andare a parcheggiare; essenziale però un’auto piccola e stretta! Noi con una punto non abbiamo avuto problemi. Il parcheggio più vicino è a due minuti a piedi anche se la sera abbiamo dovuto girare parecchio prima di trovarne uno perché era al completo. La camera non è molto insonorizzata e si sentono i rumori delle stanze vicine (in particolare il portone di ingresso ed il lavandino). Il bagno è cieco ed ha giustamente una ventola che però è molto rumorosa. So che spesso il copriletto non viene lavato ma il nostro aveva proprio delle macchie simil unto che non erano il massimo. Cosa che non dipende dalla struttura: tutti i vicoletti di Agrigento (o almeno la maggiori parte) sono caratterizzati da odore di urina, gatti randagi e spazzatura depositata… un peccato! Good welcome from the owner. Spacious room and common terrace overlooking the valley of the Temples. From the hotel you can walk to Via Atenea in one minute, which is the main street of Agrigento where there are many restaurants and shops. Convenient base for visiting the Valley of the Temples and 20 minutes by car you can also reach the Scala dei Turchi. To reach the structure you have to walk along short but uphill streets so I recommend getting as close as possible by car if you have a lot of suitcases and then going to park; however, a small and narrow car is essential! We had no problems with one point. The nearest car park is a two minute walk away although we had to wander around a lot in the evening to find one as it was fully booked. The room is not very soundproof and you can hear the noises of the neighboring rooms (in particular the entrance door and the sink). The bathroom is blind and rightly has a fan but it is very noisy. I know that often the bedspread is not washed but ours had some grease-like stains that were not the best. Which does not depend on the structure: all the alleys of Agrigento (or at least most of them) are characterized by the smell of urine, stray cats and deposited garbage ... a pity!
R	Rory Meryon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Lerux. The owner was really kind, and welcomed us to the hotel with a complimentary glass of Marsala wine and pastries. The room was comfortable and spacious, and very centrally located next to Agrigento’s main street. We also had heating in the room which was great for the cold winter night. We definitely recommend this hotel to stay in!
