Great location clean We stayed in a room on the very noisy street a strong smell of mold and not very comfortable for 4 people very small sofa bed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati in sede e ci volevano dare una stanza diversa da quella prenotata. Quella proposta era una stanza quadrupla piano interrato e non un primo piano (come anche indicato su google). Alle nostre lamentele ci viene risposto da uno dei due host che ci avrebbero cancellato la prenotazione senza costi (INVECE CI HANNO ADDEBITATO IL COSTO INTERO CON 4 GIORNI DI RITARDO) mentre la sua compagna ci urlava contro che "non eravamo neanche in grado di prenotare" e che loro "non si potevano permettere di perdere una prenotazione ad agosto". Semplicemente pessimi host e pessima stanza. Da evitare assolutamente
We arrived at the venue and wanted to give us a different room than the one booked. That proposal was a quadruple basement room and not a first floor (as also indicated on google). To our complaints we are answered by one of the two hosts who would have canceled the reservation without costs (INSTEAD THEY HAVE CHARGED THE WHOLE COST WITH 4 DAYS DELAY) while his partner yelled at us that "we were not even able to book" and that they "could not afford to lose a reservation in August". Simply bad hosts and bad room. To be avoided absolutely
