★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best variety of home and DIY products in Napoli. Prices are fare and the staff is generally friendly. I'm giving them 3 stars as every time I line up to pay there's a problem that the staff can't handle and they call a supervisor. I though it's just a trainee that needed more time in the beginning and it was fine but 3 times in a roll.... They definitely need to train their people at the checkout better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Italian equivalent of Home Depot or Lowes in the USA. Easy parking and it's always plenty busy. Prices are reasonable. Located in a big-box shopping center with many other stores. They have self checkout with screens that can be changed to different languages. Scan your receipt to exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non Italian looking customers get regularly controlled while exciting the market. Apparently racial profiling is part of Leroy Merlin company policy. But what is to be expected of a corporation that supports Russia and its war of aggression in Ukraine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER order anything online from this store. Always pick up in store and check for damage before bringing home. My husband ordered the soho table set online. 4 of the 6 chairs showed up damaged (also randomly showed up three weeks before the table). We had to return them to one store, then drive an hour to another store, pay for them again, but still ended up having to take 2 floor models that weren’t in the best shape. The table showed up a week late with no explanation and all tracking saying the item didn’t exist. When it finally randomly showed up one day, that too came damaged. They clearly do not handle their inventory with care. When paying over €1000 ($1600cad) you want your items to be in good condition! This has been such a headache for us so just a little warning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was undergoing remodeling in the shelving area but didn't see signs on where to find additional product. They were displayed outside in the garden shop. Was happy to find them and loaded what I needed. Overall the store wasn't as busy as normal but people still found ways to crowd up.
