A parte la pulizia, la professionalità e la qualità dei prodotti, qui trovo quel quid in più.
Walter sa interpretare i gusti della clientela, guidarla ..e intrattenere una breve conversazione che ti lascia sempre la voglia di tornare. Con amicizia ed educazione. Ed il suo particolare sguardo sul mondo!
La gestione familiare si vede e si sente: ciascuno di loro ama il bar e lo tiene al meglio.
