Una nota di merito al Dottore di turno oggi alle 15 circa, credo Dott Biagi,esperto in fitoterapia e prodotti naturali, un pozzo di sapienza e pazienza, sa consigliare il miglior prodotto per ogni esigenza. Well-stocked pharmacy open 24 hours a day. The staff were polite and helpful. A note of merit to the Doctor on duty today at about 15, I believe Dr. Biagi, expert in phytotherapy and natural products, a well of wisdom and patience, knows how to recommend the best product for every need.

Il dottore di turno ha mostrato cordialità nell’ascoltarmi e professionalità nel consigliarmi il farmaco giusto. Sicuramente ritornerò per qualsiasi altro problema. Today at 2 pm I went to the pharmacy to ask for information about a therapy that would counteract a muscle pain that I have been feeling for days. The doctor on duty showed cordiality in listening to me and professionalism in recommending the right drug. I will definitely come back for any other problem.

Non è sempre scontato trovare farmacisti qualificati e soprattutto disponibili e pazienti con il pubblico.. Un profondo ringraziamento. D	Dayanny Diaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fare un tampone in questa farmacia e una barzelletta...prendo un'appuntamento arrivo con 15 min di anticipo per pagare,pago e poi mi fanno aspettare 30 min perché prima devono passare i raccomandati della farmacia senza appuntamento. Allora io mi chiedo a cosa serve questo cavolo di appuntamento ???? E poi per finire in bellezza 40 Min aspettando fuori al freddo con 2 bambini piccoli perché l'infermiera aveva perso i fogli che avevo compilato quindi non si ricordava che eravamo fuori ad aspettare questi risultati...mai mai mai più Making a tampon in this pharmacy and a joke ... I take an appointment coming up with 15 minutes in advance to pay, pay, and then they make me wait 30 minutes because first must pass the recommended pharmacy without an appointment. So I wonder what is this event the hell ???? And last but not least 40 mins waiting out in the cold with 2 small children because the nurse had lost the sheets I had so filled not remember that we were outside waiting for these results ... never ever ever

Dopo aver ordinato per telefono due farmaci omeopatici il giorno prima, cioè ieri, mi è stato detto da una signora molto gentile e professionale che potevo ritirarli senza dover fare la fila. Quando sono entrata in farmacia trovo un tizio che in tono perentorio prima mi ignora poi mi dice "Non vede che sono solo? Prenda il numero". C'è e modo di conferire con i clienti, è questo è il modo di trattare i clienti? Queste persone non dovrebbero stare a contatto con il pubblico. Today, Sunday 30 January at around 1:30 pm, I ran into a very rude and disrespectful pharmacist. After ordering two homeopathic medicines by phone the day before, that is yesterday, I was told by a very kind and professional lady that I could pick them up without having to queue. When I entered the pharmacy I find a guy who in a peremptory tone ignores me first and then says "Can't you see I'm alone? Take the number". Is there a way to confer with customers, is this the way to treat customers? These people shouldn't be in contact with the public.

Ho trovato in questa Farmacia oltre alla massima cortesia anche una grande professionalità da parte della persona cui mi sono rivolto che desidero ringraziare vivamente. Non sempre tali caratteristiche sono facili da trovare . Today around 2.30 pm I needed a drug but also a competent opinion. In addition to the utmost courtesy, I found in this Pharmacy also a great professionalism on the part of the person I turned to whom I would like to thank warmly. Such features are not always easy to find.

Oggi non potendo contattare il mio medico di base (essendo sabato) mi sono recata in farmacia per spiegare i miei sintomi e per chiedere consigli e domande sul prodotto; nel fare ciò il farmacista mi ha immediatamente interrotto scocciato chiedendomi che cosa volessi esattamente. Io sono venuta in farmacia aspettandomi un personale cortese e disponibile ad aiutare i propri pazienti e invece ho ricevuto un servizio del genere. Sono particolarmente delusa poiché, volendo io stessa diventare una farmacista e aiutare le persone, ritengo che un farmacista dovrebbe essere felice di aiutare i propri pazienti e grato di essere trattato come una persona affidabile (non come un commesso di un qualunque negozio). Very disappointed with the service received. Today, not being able to contact my GP (being Saturday), I went to the pharmacy to explain my symptoms and to ask for advice and questions about the product; in doing this the pharmacist immediately interrupted me annoyed asking me what exactly I wanted. I came to the pharmacy expecting a courteous and willing staff to help their patients and instead I received such a service. I am particularly disappointed as, wanting to become a pharmacist myself and help people, I believe that a pharmacist should be happy to help their patients and grateful to be treated like a trustworthy person (not like a shop assistant).
