Sono andato per effettuare un cambio di un regalo ricevuto e la titolare non è stata in alcun modo disponibile, ma si è mostrata infastidita e si è rivolta a me in modo molto sgarbato. Sono uscito dal negozio senza nemmeno effettuare il cambio, e di sicuro non ci tornerò.
Totally bad experience due to the trader's absolute lack of kindness and professionalism. I went to make an exchange for a gift received and the owner was in no way available, but she was annoyed and approached me very rudely. I left the shop without even making the change, and for sure I will not go back.
