★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio. Ben fornito. Prezzi nella norma. Un po alti sui cibi per animali. La stella mancante è perché scarseggia la presenza del "vivaio" per chi dovesse necessitare di articoli come piante ornamentali da frutto e via dicendo... consiglio di rivolgersi a un vensitore piu specializzato.
 Nice shop. Well furnished. Prices in the standard. A little high on animal food. The missing star is because the presence of the "nursery" is scarce for those who need items such as ornamental fruit plants and so on ... I recommend contacting a more specialized vesitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino ad oggi mi ero trovata davvero benissimo. La signora sempre cortese,cordiale e disponibile. A dirla tutta anche oggi, fino a quando non è intervenuto il Signor Armando che, con fare scontroso , scocciato e con aria altezzosa, invece di darci un consiglio ha deciso solamente di criticare il lavoro altrui, liquidandoci alla cassa, con tono arrogante rimanendo fermo nelle sue idee. Il tutto si è concluso con neanche un saluto e con lui che si è rivolto al cliente successivo.
Ah un consiglio ( che tanto non accoglieranno visto il loro modo di fare): prima di sparlare del cliente occorre accertarsi che sia uscito dal negozio??
Up to now I had found myself really well. The lady always courteous, friendly and helpful. To be honest even today, until Mr. Armando intervened who, with a grumpy, annoyed and haughty air, instead of giving us advice he only decided to criticize the work of others, liquidating us at the cash desk, arrogantly remaining firm in his ideas. Everything ended with not even a greeting and with him who turned to the next customer.
Ah, a piece of advice (which they won't accept because of their way of doing): before talking to the customer, make sure that he has left the shop??
