Mi aspettavo un poco di più dalla cucina in termini di originalità e per la capacità di stupire.. per questo ho messo 4 stelle su 5.
Comunque ottima esperienza, spero di avere occasione di ritornare.
Restaurant absolutely living up to its fame. Both the service and all the dishes tasted were perfect. Adequate price, in line with other starred.
I expected a little more from the kitchen in terms of originality and the ability to amaze .. for this I put 4 stars out of 5.
Still great experience, I hope to have the opportunity to return.

L'ospite di sentirà completamente a proprio agio con un servizio eccellente. Piatti molto interessanti, materie prime ottime sapientemente preparate dallo chef per soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. Ottime le degustazioni con cui si può fare un percorso molto piacevole. Cantina con vini sia recenti, ma anche con diverse introvabili bottiglie. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, ci tornerò con grande piacere! Consigliatissimo!
Wonderful location in a historic residence in the center of the town, beautiful old internal fireplace and well-kept rooms. The guest will feel completely at ease with excellent service. Very interesting dishes, excellent raw materials expertly prepared by the chef to satisfy even the most demanding palates. Excellent tastings with which you can make a very pleasant journey. Cellar with both recent wines, but also with several unobtainable bottles. I was very satisfied, I will be back with great pleasure! Highly recommended!
