Dopo 2 gg dall’acquisto, ho chiamato il negozio per richiedere il reso e mi hanno tranquillizzata chiedendomi di recarmi sul punto vendita dopo la riapertura estiva (cioè 11 giorni dopo). Lì la sorpresa! “Ci dispiace, ma la politica del negozio non prevede la restituzione del denaro, ma solo il cambio merce”. Peccato che nel negozio non esista un articolo di pari valore (già troppo costoso) ma dovrei aggiungere alla spesa almeno altri DUEMILACINQUECENTO EURO! Hanno persino aggiunto che se l’avessi acquistata ONLINE, avrei potuto fare il reso in entro 15gg. Dunque, qual è il vantaggio di acquistare in negozio? I bought a machine for a special gift at Store Leica Bologna, but those who received it already had a very similar one. After 2 days from the purchase, I called the shop to request the return and they reassured me asking me to go to the store after the summer reopening (ie 11 days later). There the surprise! "Sorry, but the store's policy does not include the return of the money, only the exchange of goods". It is a pity that there is no article of equal value in the shop (already too expensive) but I should add at least another DUEMILACQUENTENTO EURO to the expense! They even added that if I bought it ONLINE, I could have made the return within 15 days. So what's the advantage of buying in the store? Il peso storico che si porta dietro questo marchio è davvero "pesante", paragonabile alla porta per accedere allo Store! Una volta aperta però mi sono trovato in un ambiente familiare in cui, godendo di tutta l'esperienza di Luca, ho potuto scegliere la mia "M" senza nessuna esitazione. Since analog times I have always had a reverential fear for Leica. The historical weight that carries this brand is really "heavy", comparable to the door to access the Store! Once opened, however, I found myself in a familiar environment where, enjoying all Luca's experience, I was able to choose my "M" without any hesitation.

They decided to attach an A4 paper to inform clients that they are closed. 19th century client relations. I love Leica but this made me very angry. Can you please update your online hours? Thank you.
