★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un mobiletto per il bagno pagato più di 900 euro, dopo pochi mesi esattamente neanche 6,il top si è iniziato pian piano a gonfiare. Il rappresentante che è venuto a visionare il mobile, con modo saccente e molto arrogante, ha sostenuto che il mobiletto aveva preso acqua o si era gonfiato a causa dell’umidità. Si tratta di un mobiletto del lavandino del bagno, dove per logica qualche goccia può cadere (niente di più) e per ovvie ragioni l’umidità nei bagni ovviamente esiste, mi domando come siano costruiti. Materiali scadenti, fatti pagare profumatamente. Sconsiglio vivamente i prodotti, soprattutto per il post vendita. Sto ancora aspettando mi venga cambiato il top, da 2 mesi. Complimenti per la serietà.

It is a bathroom sink cabinet, where a few drops can logically fall (nothing more) and for obvious reasons the humidity in the bathrooms obviously exists, I wonder how they are built. Poor materials, charged handsomely. I strongly advise against the products, especially for after sales. I am still waiting for my top to be changed for 2 months. Congratulations for the seriousness.

Tra un po' dovremo acquistare anche il mobile bagno e sicuramente lo acquisteremo ancora da loro .

Man muss sich darauf einstellen, dass sobald einem etwas verkauft wird, kein Support mehr da ist! Mir wurde Bad Möbel in der falschen Farbe geliefert und der Bearbeiter aus dem Verkauf (Daniele) hat mich kein bisschen unterstützt, sondern nur abgeblockt und mit langer Verzögerung nach Ausreden gesucht!
Ich erwarte einfach, dass man eigene Fehler eingesteht und den Käufer unterstützt, der Möbel für über 3.000€ bestellt hat...
Ich muss sagen, dass mein Hinterherlaufen sich mittlerweile auf 7 Monate zieht!
Zur Qualität kann ich auch nur höchstens befriedigende Bewertung abgeben, gerade beim Waschbecken ist die Qualität sehr miserabel, Keramik viel zu dünn, so dass man Angst haben müsste, dass das Waschbecken schon beim Montieren brechen kann.
Noch einmal würde ich hier nicht bestellen und keinem empfehlen!

You have to be prepared for the fact that as soon as something is sold to you, there is no more support! Bad furniture was delivered to me in the wrong color and the agent from sales (Daniele) did not support me at all, just blocked me off and looked for excuses after a long delay!
I just expect that you will admit your own mistakes and support the buyer who has ordered furniture for over € 3,000 ...
I have to say that my chasing after has now extended to 7 months!
The quality I can only give a satisfactory rating, especially with the sink, the quality is very poor, ceramics much too thin, so that one would have to fear that the sink could break during assembly.
Again I would not order here and would not recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro a fine 2016 due composizioni per la nuova casa dove ristrutturai i bagni, per la totale cifra di.......insomma abbastanza, dopo nemmeno un paio di anni in entrambi gli specchi cominciano a formarsi delle impercettibili macchie nere nei bordi che man mano sono diventate sempre più grandi e che hanno finito col circondare tutta la parte esterna. Quando viene qualche ospite mi devo sentir dire: "ma hai fatto i bagni nuovi e non hai cambiato gli specchi!? ". Contattato più volte l'azienda, il rivenditore locale e del rappresentante nemmeno l'ombra, l'unica risposta devo dire velocissima da parte dell'azienda che mi riferiva di andare in un altro negozio e ricomprarli, tra l'altro la plastica interna ad "u" di in cassettone sostituita due volte si è comunque rotta nuovamente. La conclusione è che con l'entusiasmo si spende sperando di avere un prodotto di qualità ma tutto fumo e niente arrosto! Non so se gli specchi vengono prodotti dalla stessa azienda che produce l'arredo ma ciò non vuol dire nulla. in poche parole dopo la mia esperienza se qualcuno mi chiede un consiglio li mando in uno dei tanti Brico dove il rapporto qualita/prezzo/post-vendita è molto più equilibrato.Saluti

When some guests come, I have to be told: "have you made the new bathrooms and haven't changed the mirrors !?". I contacted the company several times, the local dealer and not even the shadow of the representative, the only response I have to say very fast from the company that told me to go to another store and buy them back, among other things the internal plastic to "u" of in the dresser replaced twice, however, it broke again. The conclusion is that with enthusiasm you spend hoping to have a quality product but all smoke and no roast! I don't know if the mirrors are produced by the same company that produces the furniture but that doesn't mean anything. in a nutshell after my experience if someone asks me for advice I send them to one of the many Brico where the quality / price / after-sales ratio is much more balanced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto soddisfatta del mobile bagno acquistato. Nonostante la forma del mio ambiente fosse un po' inconsueta, ho ottenuto un bagno molto confortevole e ben proporzionato. La prima sensazione che il mobile trasmette è indubbiamente quella della qualità: nella laccatura, nella matericità del legno e nei sistemi di apertura/chiusura di sportelli e cassetti.
