Assistenza clienti e consegne da incubo. Se riuscite a parlare con loro al telefono(squilla sempre invano) non sanno mai cosa dirvi. Vi dicono che vi faranno sapere ma niente. PESSIMI
per avere notizie della consegna devi farti il segno della croce o cercare in qualche modo di risalire ai corrieri. IRRITANTI.
MEGLIO NON CHIAMARLI PROPRIO.

Nightmare customer support and delivery. If you can talk to them on the phone (it always rings in vain) they never know what to tell you. They tell you they will let you know but nothing. BAD
to get news of the delivery you have to make the sign of the cross or somehow try to trace the couriers. IRRITANT.
BETTER NOT TO CALL THEM OWN.
DON'T HAVE HEAR THE DELIVERY TIMES THEY TELL YOU !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera,qualche giorno fa ho ordinato dei rivestimenti nel vostro negozio, trovando personale disponibile,preparato e pronto a risolvere i problemi del cliente.
Questa mattina 1 Marzo alle ore 9:30 circa ho mandato mia moglie e mio padre ad effettuare il ritiro della merce, facendo un lavoro molto simile al vostro e soprattutto con gli stessi orari purtroppo non sono riuscito a venire di persona.
Nel mio negozio se a ritirare sono donne o persone anziane il materiale, specie il più pesante OVVIAMENTE lo carichiamo noi.
Ahimè non era dello stesso parere il vostro dipendente che "ligio" al regolamento ci teneva a precisare che non era "compito suo" aggiungendo inoltre che lui non avrebbe mai mandato sua moglie e suo padre a ritirare le mattonelle al posto suo.
Mi vorrei soffermare su questo ultimo punto, ci deve essere sempre spazio ad un eccezione in ambito lavorativo e gli garantisco che può mandare tranquillamente sua moglie o suo padre nel magazzino dove lavoro perché sicuramente ci sarà qualcuno ad aiutarli a caricare la merce senza remore.
Purtroppo nonostante la qualità eccelsa dei vostri materiali, non metteremo mai più piede nel vostro punto vendita di Latina.

In my shop, if women or elderly people collect the material, especially the heavier one, OBVIOUSLY we load it ourselves.
Alas, your employee was not of the same opinion, who was "loyal" to the regulation and was keen to point out that it was not "his job", adding that he would never have sent his wife and father to collect the tiles for him.
I would like to focus on this last point, there must always be room for an exception in the workplace and I guarantee him that he can safely send his wife or father to the warehouse where I work because surely there will be someone to help them load the goods without hesitation.
Unfortunately, despite the excellent quality of your materials, we will never set foot in your Latina store again.
