Ma devo sottolineare che il servizio è nettamente peggiorato: ho prenotato legna da ardere il 16 dicembre, passate le feste e non avendo ricevuto né legna né telefonate, ho dovuto richiamare piú volte per poi scoprire che avevano finito la legna e che avrei dovuto aspettare. La signora promette che farà chiamare il figlio, il figlio non chiama... eppure mi pare di aver sempre pagato regolarmente. I've been a customer for years, and I've always enjoyed it. But I must emphasize that the service has clearly deteriorated: I booked firewood on December 16, after the holidays and not having received any wood or phone calls, I had to call back several times only to discover that they had run out of wood and that I would have to wait.
