Bought the last pallet of dry wood which was never delivered and probably given to an acquaintance of them .... behind the smile and the sympathy of the facade hides little seriousness.

Acquistato 5 bancali per più di 1000 euro, ci hanno assicuro che la legna fosse secca, in realtà era umida e bagnata. La risposta alle mie lamentele è stata "ad ottobre la legna non si prende".
Prendete in giro la gente e intascata soldi. Ditta RIDICOLA

Arrogant, rude and offensive adjectives still not very explanatory to describe the attitude towards me by the owner ..... I'm sorry for the saleswoman who was serving me very kind and prepared ..... I left without buying anything .... I will never come back ..... and I will strongly advise against it
