La pinsa è ottima, viene servita su un tagliere di legno coperto da una carta oleata e la rotella per tagliarla, pertanto si gusta con le mani. Personale disponibile e sorridente e prezzi contenuti. Finalmente avendo perentoriamente chiamato il personale, abbiamo ordinato. Ci sono voluti altri 45 minuti per avere le Pinse. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni per questi tempi biblici e ci è stato risposto che poiché il locale era pieno, non era colpa loro. Io penso che il gestore di un locale debba dimensionare struttura e personale in base al numero di coperti...non credete?
