★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero professionalità. Personale arrogante, incoerente, inaffidabile. Mi hanno dato per 2 volte un appuntamento per il ritiro poi non confermato.
Mi era stato detto che avrei potuto concludere il noleggio dopo 30 giorni, invece si è rinnovato in automatico per altri 60 giorni ed caso avessi voluto rescindere avrei dovuto pagare 50€ al giorno in più.
Li chiami e non sanno mai come aiutarti.
Il risparmio è totalmente nascosto dietro le righe. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti.
Zero professionalism. Arrogant, inconsistent, unreliable staff. They gave me an appointment twice for the withdrawal which was not confirmed.
I was told that I could end the rental after 30 days, instead it was automatically renewed for another 60 days and if I wanted to cancel I would have to pay € 50 per day more.
You call them and they never know how to help you.
Savings are totally hidden behind the lines. I strongly advise against everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale scadente mi hanno dato un mezzo fatiscente all' interno sporco essendo in un periodo alla quale va consegnato un mezzo sanificato invece no ; ancora oggi aspettando lo sblocco dei soldi sulla mi a carta dopo un mese che ho lasciato il mezzo pessima esperienza e persona poco qualificato e che nn e in grado fare questo lavoro....
poor staff gave me a dilapidated vehicle inside, dirty being in a period to which a sanitized vehicle must be delivered but not; still waiting for the release of the money on my card after a month that I left the vehicle with a bad experience and a poorly qualified person who is not able to do this job ....

I'm calling to ask for a car and they tell me they are out of cars today - "call tommorow". I ask them to make a reservation for tommorow - they say - "No call tommorow". I say - can you call me back when there will be car avaiable. They say: "call tommorow, I don't know will I have free car for tommorow".
