Finalmente la ritiro, dopo due mesi un problema tecnico, sono 4 giorni che aspetto notizie dal concessionario dov'è stata portata la vettura, ma ad oggi non l'hanno ancora provata. I solleciti al customer care ottengono solo risposte di circostanza: sollecitiamo, le faremo sapere... in sintesi bisogna sperare di non aver bisogno di loro ci si ritrova a brancolare nel buio. Ci è voluta mezza giornata per disinfettare gli interni. Grazie Leasys per questo magnifico inizio di vacanza. Risultato dopo 6 mesi nessuna macchina e ancora aspetto la ristituzione dei soldi. Consiglio vivamente di non noleggiare con questa azienda affiliata a noi noleggiamo auto. Macchina noleggiata da loro dopo meno di un anno la macchina ha un guasto (Principio di Autocombustiome) porto l'auto in un centro da loro consigliato e da allora non ho avuto più notizia sono 5 mesi che attendo che mi restituiscano l'auto riparata e nel frattempo mi stanno facendo pagare ugualmente il canone. Scandalosi diffidate e non noleggiate da loro. Ho fatto chiamare anche il mio avvocato e si sono comportati in maniera molto scorretta anche lui. They are scandalous !!! Nonostante l'All Inclusive avrete franchigie a raffica (grandine 500 €, piccolo incidente 500 €, pneumatici 250 € e così via). Impossibile riconsegnarla senza un salasso dovuto a piccoli danni alla carrozzeria (dopo 4 anni di utilizzo) quindi decido di riscattarla. Procedura solo on line. Mail che si perdono, telefoni che suonano a vuoto, ritardi nelle risposte ... Infine ATTENZIONE: nei giorni del cambio di proprietà, gestito da Leasys, la macchina è assicurata solo RC. Se ve la rubano, danneggiano ecc ... sono tutti problemi vostri. Potete solo incrociare le dita, prendere o lasciare. Very bad long term rental experience. F	Francesco Marranini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dare una stella perché altrimenti non mi fa scrivere Sono stato truffato con la mia patente è una persona noleggiato un'auto dalla lesis ma l'azienda se ne sta altamente fregando non esiste un ufficio legale con cui parlare...hanno dato una macchina senza controllare documenti.per ora ho ricevuto 15 verbali di infrazioni varie,per fortuna annullate,andrò a fare denuncia alla leasys per mancato rispetto dei loro protocolli di sicurezza,visto che mi hanno detto che le auto vengono consegnate visionando patente e carta di credito intestata alla persona che esibisce la patente...nel mio vaso non è stato fatto. In più l’ auto è stat consegnata per cessazione del contratto a inizio mese in quanto il perito non era disponibile giustamente visto il periodo natalizio e mi è stata addebitata l’ intera rata pur non usano l’ auto, ferma in un loro deposito.
