Lo consiglierei sicuramente. Apartment super clean and friendly, very kind and helpful owner, when we arrived we did find water, coffee and croissants for breakfast. I would certainly recommend it.

Das Apartment ist ausgezeichnet ausgestattet, es gibt Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine mit Pads, Geschirrspüler, Bügeleisen, Safe, Waschmaschine, Fön, etc. Es ist alles blitzsauber. Der Inhaber, Herr S., stellt bei Ankunft Croissants und Trinkwasser bereit. Ausserdem kann man bei ihm Bustickets kaufen, was praktisch ist, da man im Bus keine bekommt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes ergab sich, ohne Schuld aller Beteiligten, ein Problem. Herr S. ist wirklich ein Ehrenmann. Er löste dieses Problem ohne unser Zutun und Wissen mit der Vermittlungsplatform. Noch dazu war die Lösung zu seinen Ungunsten. Das war nicht selbstverständlich. Er ist ein Vermieter von absoluter Integrität und vertrauenswürdig. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb. Von der Stadt heraus kann man sie direkt mit dem Bus 8 erreichen. Die Haltestelle ist ist etwa 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt. In die Stadt hinein fährt man am besten mit der Linie 8 zur Piazzale Valmaura, das sind 2 Stationen und von dort kommt man mit Bussen in die Stadt. Fahrzeit war immer etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten. Herr S. hat auch die Fahrpläne in die Unterkunft gelegt. Wir sind weit gereist und haben entsprechend auch viele Erfahrungen mit Unterkünften. Wir können das "Le Rose" und den Vermieter Herrn S. nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden dort mit Sicherheit wieder buchen, wenn wir Triest besuchen. We spent a week at "Le Rose" in May 2019. The apartment is excellently equipped, there is a microwave, coffee maker with pads, dishwasher, iron, safe, washing machine, hairdryer, etc. Everything is sparkling clean. The owner, Mr S., provides croissants and drinking water on arrival. You can also buy bus tickets from him, which is useful because you don't get any on the bus. A problem arose during our stay, through no fault of anybody involved. Mr. S. is really a man of honor. He solved this problem with the mediation platform without our intervention or knowledge. In addition, the solution was against him. That wasn't a given. He is a landlord of absolute integrity and is trustworthy. The property is just outside. You can get there directly from the city by bus 8. The stop is about 100 meters from the house. The best way to get into the city is to take line 8 to Piazzale Valmaura, which is 2 stops and from there you can take buses into the city. Travel time was always around 15 to 20 minutes. Mr. S. also put the timetables in the accommodation. We have traveled widely and have had a lot of experience with accommodation. We can only warmly recommend the "Le Rose" and the landlord Mr. S. and will definitely book there again when we visit Trieste.

Cel mai important lucru pentru mine a fost ca am avut parcarea asigurată. Recomand pentru familii cu copii. Pleasant location, in the Rented apartment I found absolutely everything I needed, quite large rooms, detached apartment. The most important thing for me was that I had parking provided. I recommend for families with children.

C'è tutto: olio, aceto, detersivo per stoviglie e biancheria, scottex, per i piatti. Non manca nulla. Molto importante anche il parcheggio. Ci siamo trovati bene. We are a family of 4. Tactical position, clean structure with every comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board. There is everything: oil, vinegar, detergent for dishes and linen, paper towels, for dishes. Nothing is missing. Parking is also very important. We enjoyed it.
F	Fulvio Ferrando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato tre mesi per motivi di lavoro alla casa vacanze le rose e non posso che parlarne bene gli appartamenti sono molto carini puliti e ben attrezzati, il posto auto comodo e indispensabile a Trieste ne fa una chicca non da poco, per non parlare del gentilissimo e disponibile proprietario che è veramente una persona scquisita . Per me che lavoro in giro per l'Italia l'unico rammarico e che posti come questo sono veramente troppo pochi. I spent three months for work at the Le Rose holiday home and I can only speak well of it.The apartments are very nice, clean and well equipped, the comfortable and indispensable parking space in Trieste makes it a real gem, not to mention the very kind and helpful owner who is truly a wise person. For me that I work around Italy the only regret and that places like this are really too few.
